In the characteristic rooms of the restaurant, in a warm and intimate environment, you will have, twice a week, Umbrian dinners prepared on request, created with farm and local products, cooked and served directly by the owners.
We have sought to recover the Umbrian culinary heritage, tasting and sharing with you the old peasant recipes typical of our region.
We wanted a kitchen linked to the seasons, of aromas and imagination, of gratitude towards the earth, preserving this from the start: utilizing our products for a seasonal cuisine made with what is available, with the meat of Chianina and others in the area, the fresh products of our garden and products growing here in the wild.
We try to enhance the dishes with natural and simple presentations.
