Upon request, in a warm, intimate environment in the small dining rooms, you can enjoy Umbrian dinners created with produce from the farm and from other local farmers, cooked and served by the owners themselves.

We have sought to revive the tradition of Umbrian cuisine by tasting and offering the old farming recipes typical of these parts.

We wanted a cuisine linked to the seasons, created with aromas and imagination with respect for the earth’s cycles, and have tried to keep to our original principles: to use our products to produce seasonal cooking using what is available, with meat from local Chianina and Limousine farmers, fresh produce from our kitchen garden and wild plants that grow spontaneously. We aim to bring out the best in the dishes with natural, simple presentation.
