The “BALCO” apartment located on the first floor of our structure has a surface of 110 square meters and consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
The recently renovated apartment retains its historic charm, has all the necessities for your stay and as in all our accommodations is also equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The thick stone walls and the mild climate of our valley mean that the apartment, even if not equipped with air conditioning, is cool in summer and warm in winter
“IL BALCO” faces the east side of the structure and it view lies towards our park with swimming pool and looking up you can admire the green hills dominated by the ancient Castle of Lisciano Niccone.

The living room
The large living room with fireplace and table for 10 people make the apartment comfortable even for groups of clients who, while staying in different apartments, wish to spend time together over lunch or dinner.
“Stayed here for a week in July, we had a wonderful time, we booked a three bed two bathroom apartment which was very spacious and well presented, the small town is only 200 yards away and has a small minimart, a bar etc. We had a few meals on site in the evening which were excellently cooked by Simone’s mother, this is s great base for exploring Umbria as Cortona, lake Trasimeno and the water park at Tavernelle are all within a 45 min car journey.”

“We stayed for a week for B&B room. The rooms are spotlessly clean, breakfast fantastic with home made cakes and the owner are so friendly and helpful. There is good swimming pool in the garden, also the gym and sauna that free to use. We had delicious home cook dinner 2 nights during the week. Also good restaurants close by Le Fornaci.”
